ERP Management Group, LLC

Operators, not observers.

A management advisory firm with two practices. One takes international consumer brands into the American market. The other runs Oracle Fusion Cloud for the organizations that depend on it. Both are led by someone who has spent thirty years inside the systems and markets he advises on.

US Market Advisory

Your brand is in America. Is anyone telling its story?

Plenty of international houses have US distribution and no face: counters that can't explain the product, no trainer program, no direct channel, and nobody on the ground who owns the result. ERPMG is the US operating partner that fixes that, and the goal is a running business in America, not a report about one.

Market intelligence

Where your portfolio actually stands with US buyers, drawn from live consumer data, plus door-by-door channel audits and competitive shelf studies.

Import and compliance

MoCRA facility registration and product listing, US responsible person, labeling, state sales-tax nexus and tariffs, handled before they become a problem.

Entity and operations setup

US entity, banking, insurance, contracts and back office, set up with enterprise-grade process discipline from day one.

Retail channel and vendor onboarding

Department-store vendor setup, EDI and supplier portals, replenishment and chargebacks, from someone who runs supplier onboarding at enterprise scale.

Counter training and clienteling

Trainer programs and door-level training that give the people selling your product the story and the vocabulary, with sell-through measured.

Direct-to-consumer

An e-commerce roadmap, attributed sales and US fulfillment, so the brand owns a relationship with its American customers.

Oracle Consulting

Oracle ships Fusion Cloud updates every quarter, whether you're ready or not.

Most organizations aren't. Features go unadopted, regression testing is improvised, and defects sit open across module boundaries because nobody owns the seam between them. ERPMG builds the governance that closes that gap, and does the hands-on functional work when something breaks.

Managed support

Functional and technical support across Financials, Project Costing (PPM), Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Cash Management, Supply Chain and HCM, including root-cause analysis on defects that have been open for months.

Quarterly update and release governance

Impact analysis, configuration and unit testing, integration testing and go-live readiness for every release. Predictable updates instead of quarterly fire drills.

Feature adoption roadmaps

Oracle Success Navigator assessments that turn release notes into a prioritized adoption plan tied to business outcomes.

Training and enablement

Role-based curriculum on your actual configuration, kept current as each release changes the screens.

Fusion Data Intelligence and analytics

FDI and BI Publisher builds, including the data-model work most teams discover only after the dashboard shows the wrong number.

AI help desk on your own data

A resolution knowledge base built on your own Oracle database from the tickets your team has already closed. Your data never leaves your tenancy.

Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4

Four releases a year, one under active governance, always. Each quarterly update gets impact analysis before it lands, testing before it ships, and an adoption decision on every new feature, so the platform compounds instead of drifting.

Organizations that skip this don't save the work. They defer it, with interest, until an update breaks something in production.

Working software

Every claim has something live behind it.

The firm builds and runs its own applications, and clients can use them before they sign anything.

Who's behind it

John Rae, Managing Principal

I have spent thirty years running enterprise systems, from Infor/Lawson implementations in the late 1990s to leading an Oracle Fusion Cloud Center of Excellence at a major regional water utility today, across Financials, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain and HCM, including quarterly update governance and managed-services delivery.

Before technology I ran restaurants, opening locations as a general manager, which is where I learned that a business either works on the floor or it doesn't work. ERP Management Group is where both halves of that career go to work for clients: the discipline of enterprise operations, applied by someone who has run the front of the house.
